I just recently came across a program honoring Pincus Rubinfeld, my great-grandfather and protagonist in my novel A Cobbler's Tale, where he is known as Pincus Potasznik. The honor bestowed upon him at this testimonial dinner is for the community to offer its thanks to the founder of the Krzywcza Society.
